Confidentiality Policy

Terms and Concepts Used 

Event: the International Theatre Olympics 2019. 

Organizer: Autonomous Non-Profit Organization Directorate of St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum. 

 

The User, on his or her own accord and in his or her own interests, hereby grants his or her permission to the Organizer to process his or her personal data noted at the registration on the website theatreolympics2019.com, on the following conditions: 

  •  Personal data shall be processed automatically. 
  • The permission is granted for processing the following personal data: surname, name, patronymic, E-mail, and other personal data published by the User in Organizer’s resources. 
  • The User hereby gives his or her consent for publishing and further use of his or he image (including photos, video recordings or artwork made during the event), in any shape or form that do not contradict the law, including for profit, with no limitations as to the date or the territory of use.

 

The goal for processing personal data is to organize the User’s participation in the Event held by the Organizer and to inform the unlimited number of people on the Event being held, including by means of publishing and further use of the User’s images, as well as for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. 

During processing of personal data, the following actions will be undertaken: collection, recording, checking, systematizing, accumulation, storage, clarifying (renewing, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, granting of access), anonymizing, blocking, deletion, elimination. 

Transfer of personal data to third parties shall be carried out in accordance with the rules as established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 

This permission shall be valid for an indefinite period of time but may be recalled by the User by means of sending a written notice to the Organizer in due shape or form as established by the law of the Russian Federation. 

The Organizer shall take every organizational or technical measure to guarantee safety of the User’s personal data and prevent unauthorized access to such data, their processing or distribution, or loss, changes to, or destruction of, such data. 

The User shall have the right to request the organizer on the precise details of his or her registered personal data. The request should be sent by email to info@theatreolympics2019.com. 

The organizer shall stop the processing of personal data and destroy them within one (1) month after receiving such request, or within the time frame as established by the current legislation, when no such request had been filed. As soon as the Organizer receives the aforementioned request, the User’s participation in the Event shall be discontinued as well. 

The Organizer may choose to introduce any changes in the present Confidentiality Policy. This page shall always show the latest version of the data with all the applicable changes. This version of the document has been dated April 04, 2019. The changes shall take effect at the moment of their publication.
